Overview

GREENHOUSE@tmtplaza is Hong Kong’s first “Indoor Intelligent Farm” situated within a shopping mall. It grows edible crops in the urban area and brings the ideas of innovative technology into our sustainable projects. Together with award-winning tech company Farmacy HK, we plant fresh vegetables, herbs and edible flowers here using indoor hydroponic farming machines. The kale, mint, thyme, rocket and basil produced at GREENHOUSE are 100% pesticide-free and chemical fertiliser-free, making them ideal ingredients for tmtplaza tenants to source and introduce into their menus. Apart from promoting this deliciously fresh farm-to-table concept, GREENHOUSE also partner with “Green Ambassadors” team from Lingnan University to provides guided tours and green workshops. In addition, GREENHOUSE joint hands with tenants to organize sustainability-themed workshops on environment, beauty and wellness, engaging the public to embrace the concepts of hydroponic farming and creative green living.
