Farm by the Ocean at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong was designed to bring guests closer to nature while celebrating local biodiversity aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Offering a sensory farming experience, the farm focuses on growing aromatic herbs that can be used in our restaurants, bars and spa, including Italian large leaf basil, Thai sweet basil, rosemary, Sabah snake grass, fennel and a variety of mints, bringing the farm-to-table concept to life. Through Farm Together, Farm by the Ocean enjoins our colleagues, hotel guests and the wider community in planting the seeds of sustainability and growing a greener future.
