Overview

Country Club Farm at Kwun Tong Grand Central’s Clubhouse provides a 4,800 sq. ft urban farming environment for residents and visitors, operated in partnership with the social enterprise Rooftop Republic, who will be organising a series of engaging, immersive and educational workshops centred on the concept of sustainability. Residents and visitors will have opportunities to be engaged in workshops such as Microgreens-Growing, Kitchen Herb Gardening, Healthy Snacks-Making, Pesto Sauce-Making, Mushroom Cultivation, Eco-Dyeing, Soap-Making, Food-Fermenting, and Candle-Making, to name a few. The farm also grows various crops throughout the year, offering residents an opportunity to learn about farming and the different phases of crop growth. In addition, Grand Central will also have its own ‘Farm Club’, where residents will have their own designated planter space and can learn about urban farming to truly immerse in the ‘City Life, Country Living’ concept at Grand Central.
