Butterflies & Herbs Farm

Overview

Collaborating with Fung Yuen Butterfly Reserve, Environmental Association and The Providence Garden for Rehab, the Butterflies and Herbs Farm is uniquely designed with biodiversity in mind. The 3,700 sq. ft. farm consists of a Nectar Plant Zone, a Host Plant Zone and a Chinese Herb Plant Zone. Featuring more than 40 types of flower and plant species like Pentas, Blue Eranthemun and Oyster Plant, the farm has become home to more than 20 species of gorgeous butterflies. The Farm stretches along the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel promenade, and is complemented by murals painted with air-purifying paint that freshens up the air and adds colour to the surrounding area.
