Supporting the Strive and Rise Programme, we arranged an urban farm tour, along with a farm-to-table experience, at the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel.
The mentors and mentees harvested crops from the farms, and learned how to make a pizza with freshly picked herbs. Mr. Lai Ching Shing, the Executive Chef of Sino Hotels Group, was also invited to share his experience of working in the culinary industry.
