Together with the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals’ Jockey Club Tai Kok Tsui Integrated Service Centre, we sponsored 11 families in Tai Kok Tsui to participate in a fresh pesto sauce-making workshop at 148 Farm.
The families were toured around the farm and introduced to different plant and herb species. They also experienced the farm-to-table concept by making a zesty pesto sauce with freshly picked herbs from the farm.
